Convenient Stay near the Station
kitchen area comfortable bed
The room was well designed to offer privacy. The kitchen area and rest area were nice. I especially appreciated the clean showers and toilets. This was probably the best hostel i have ever stayed in. The location is perfect, being steps away from the train station and ski lifts!
The staircase to the top floor felt unsafe. The steps were very small and there was no handrail near the top. I had to ask staff for help with my suitcase. I was afraid of falling every time i used it.

The room included comfortable beds and lots of counter space. Most beds faced a wall and a window. This allowed for some privacy. It was well designed. Windows included a ledge for personal items.

adequate stay, some drawbacks
small steps missing handrail
the location was very convenient, right next to the train station.
my room was on the top floor and reminded me of it used to be an attic. the staircase to the top floor felt unsafe as the steps were very small, and a handrail was missing near the top. i struggled with my suitcase and worried about falling each time i used the stairs.

Really good Location and Cleanliness
convenient location clean room friendly staff
the hotel is very close to the railway station it's merely across the road i found this convenient with my luggage. the room decor included nice details and a bathroom was well kept. the reception staff was also particularly friendly making the arrival process smooth.

Convenient Stay Steps from the Station
prime location functional kitchen spacious room outdoor seating
I appreciated the location directly across from the train station. It made arrival and departure very easy. The kitchen offered good facilities. I found everything I needed to prepare meals. The room provided ample space, and the front area had outdoor seating. The available kitchen was a great bonus, even though I did not use it during my short stay.
The absence of an elevator was a minor inconvenience, especially with luggage and the stairs were very narrow.

The hotel has a amazing location right opposite the train station and next to the Gornergrat Train stop. It provides great convenience for accessing local transportation. The hotel is very central, situated on the main street with immediate access to shops and restaurants. It is ideal for exploring the area!!!

Acceptable Stay Near the Station
steep stairs paid coffee
The stairs to the upper floors are narrow and steep. It was also annoying that there were no complimentary tea or coffee facilities available. Having to pay extra for a simple cup felt a bit cheap.

convenient stay near the station!!
convenient location well kept state pleasant area good shower
i found the location convenient. it's right next to the train station. i really appreciated the well kept state of the hotel overall. the shower in the bathroom was a good size, much better than a small box. i saw a pleasant outdoor seating area available .
the hotel didn't offer an electric kettle in the room, i had to go downstairs to the kitchen to boil water. this was slightly inconvenient, especially for a quick morning coffee. it was a minor issue though.
